He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Powers and Katherine Powers (Morgan); and his son Doug Powers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Powers (Harms); his children, Scott Harms, Heather Williams (James), Tony Powers and Misti Powers; and his siblings, Mike Powers (Belinda) and Linda Jett. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
