It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances G. Yarling of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Edinburgh, Indiana, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Henry Kelly and Louella Kelly (Cowin); her grandson Dustin Conover; and her son-in-law Josh West. She is survived by : her children, Sharon Niblett of Greenwood, Janet Woods (Steven) of Indianapolis, Dale Phelps (Melissa) of Indianapolis, David Phelps of Manilla, Susan West of Manilla and Karen Simmons of Shelbyville; and her grandchildren, AJ, Megan, Jessie, Bradley and Nickie. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
