He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Hertha Johnson (Manthey). He is survived by: his wife Anita Johnson; his stepdaughter Raelyn Butler; and his sons, Chris Johnson (Jaime) and Michael Johnson (Nicole). He is also survived by two sisters, and six grandchildren.
