He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Wurtzbaugh (Crafton); his sons, Timothy Jon Wurtzbaugh (Elizabeth) of Shelbyville and Brian Scott Wurtzbaugh (Clarissa) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Maynard "JJ" Jones of Shelbyville, Mike Jones (Betty) of Ohio and Rita Gallagher (Kevin) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Natashia Wurtzbaugh, Katlyn Warfield, Faith Wurtzbaugh and Christian Wurtzbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Carlie Mae Warfield and Jadelyn Hempstead.
