He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ratliff; his mother Fern Ratliff; his children, Jacob Ratliff (Stephanie), Amanda Brown (Justin) and Megan Cawein (Scotty); his brother Steve Ratliff (Linda); and his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Macy Ratliff, Ethan, Bailey Brown and Landon Cawein. He is also survived by several cousins & close friends.
