She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harper and Mildred Fagel (Powell); and her siblings, James Harper, Donald Harper, Peggy Harper Taylor and Gary Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Akers (Bryan) of Greensburg, Gregory Neeb (Tina) of Fairland and Dawn Millitzer (Darren) of Shelbyville; her sister Janet Loveless of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Brittany, Ross, Grant, Marissa, Aliya, Michael, Corbin, Kennedy, Alexander, Aaron and Owen; and her great grandchild Piper.
