He was predeceased by : his parents, Norbert Joseph Sr. and Betty Catherine Meltzer (Holbrook); and his sister Elizabeth Ann Meltzer. He is survived by : his son John Meltzer of Shelbyville; his stepson James Campbell (Talitha) of Waldron; his sister Melissa Noel of Shelbyville; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Xander and Ella; his niece Jasmine Hook (Dillon) of Shelbyville; his great-niece Ivy; and his great-nephew Nash.
