He was predeceased by: his parent Jean; his brother Frank; and his spouse Jean Mulligan of Ft. Wayne, IN.. He is survived by: his children, Vicky Goode of Reelsville, IN, Raymond Scheffler Jr. of Valrico, FL, Ellen Scheffler of Columbus, IN and John Scheffler of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Raymond's name to either the Shriners Children's Hospital or the USO (United Service Organizations), in care of the funeral home.
