He is survived by: his uncles, Eddie Stephens (Mary) of Prospect and Roy Stephens (Linda) of Hodgenville, Kentucky; his cousins, Paul Stephens of Prospect, Christopher Stephens of Louisville, Barry Stephens of Louisville, Ricky Stephens of Hodgenville, Charlotte Larson of Beech Grove and Deborah Bernard of Boonville, Indiana.; and his close friends, Steve and Peggy Pennington of Shelbyville.
