He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman R. Eubanks and Joan Eubanks (McGinnis); his children, Richard Steven Eubanks (Allison), Joshua Ryan Eubanks, Dale Eubanks (Cassie), Blake Tait (Jennie) and Chelsea Davis (Justin); and his sister Cindy Weatherby (Evan). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was very active in the community by doing charity rides for various causes.
