He is survived by: his spouse Terry Headlee; his children, Ronita Crisp of Shelbyville and Zachary Crisp (Emily) of Vale; his siblings, Rhonda Roell (Don) of Florida, Terri Fly (Ralph) of Idaho, Robin Crisp of Texas, Apryl Wischmeyer of Westfield, Indiana and Kelly Crisp (Allison) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hyatt, Shawn Hyatt, Nathan Hyatt, Rowland Crisp, Conall Crisp and Arthur Crisp; and his great grandchildren, Lovella Hyatt, Kaine Hyatt and Vivian Hyatt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
