He is survived by: his mother Beverly Collins (Fewell) of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Shannon Wilcox (Larry) of Shelbyville, Jennifer Weber (Bobby) of Franklin and Vincent Collins (Tina) of Morristown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many lifelong friends.
