We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023, at the age of 57, Sherman Jeffrey Chaney of Shelbyville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherman Chaney and Flora Comstock (Gibson); his spouse Stacy Chaney (Tucker); and his grandson Pierce Chaney. He is survived by : his children, Jeffrey Chaney of Pendleton, Jeremy Chaney of Shelbyville and Jennifer Chaney of Shelbyville; his close friend Lisa Johnson of Shelbyville; his friend Kevin Fritz of Shelbyville; his siblings, Travis Smothers of Shelbyville, Chasity Smothers of Shelbyville and Shawn Comstock of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Jeremy A. M. Chaney and Jakota Chaney.
