She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie V. Hollowell Beal and James E. Beall; her husband Floyd Smith; and her son Norman L. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Linda Cole of Cornettsville, KY, Ancil Smith of Shelbyville, IN and Terry Smith of Shelbyville, IN; and her sister Bonnie Moore of Florida.
