He is survived by: his parents, Shirley J Higginbotham (Bennett) and Edward Higginbotham; and his sisters, Elaine K. Schramm (Kevin) of Yuma, Kathy Schlimgen of Venice and Jodie Moore of Shelbyville. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
