He is survived by: his mother Carol Guffey (Forrest); his son William "Eddie" Guffey (Emily) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Ronnie Guffey (Chasta Johnson) of Waldron and Christina Guffey (Brian Adams) of Shelbyville; his half-sister Missy Brasher (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Kacen, Aubrey, Briley, Connor and Peyton.
