It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R. Branson of Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William C. Branson and Edna May Branson (Stanley); his wife Martha Joann Tucker; his siblings, Jerry Stanley Branson, James L. Branson and Mary Charlene Branson; and his pet Mitzi.

He is survived by : his siblings, Sharon Turner (Lynn) of Arlington and John Branson (Peggy Leslie Humbles) of Shelbyville; his sister-in-law Sharon Branson of Shelbyville; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by three daughters; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
