We are sad to announce that, on July 8, 2022, at the age of 86, Joe Edd Halbert of Shepardsville, Indiana, born in Martin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ervin "Bucky" Halbert and Mary Ellen Allen Halbert; his wife Peggy Halbert; and his siblings, Clayborn Eugene Halbert, Mary Jacqueline Wolverton and Myrtle Elizabeth Parsons.

He is survived by: his daughters, Joetta (Tom Maher), Fronda Halbert Fisher of Avon and Jamie Halbert of Saint-Mary; his granddaughter Morgan (Luke Hollin); and his siblings, John Henry (Sue Halbert) and Marietta "Lucy" Reynolds of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
