He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Hap" Pickett and Pearl T. Pickett (Thompson); his son Bruce Wayne Pickett; and his brothers, William Pickett (Elanor) and Kenneth Pickett (Donna).
He is survived by: his wife Dortha Phyllis Pickett (Myers). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren 21 great grandchildren. 10 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Sheridan First United Methodist Church, 207 East 2nd Street, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.
