He was predeceased by: his mother Ophelia Simmons. He is survived by: his father Jeff Simmons; and his extended family, Josh, Andrew, Kody Reef, Sharon Bowen and Luther Barrett.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sheridan First United Methodist Church (207 E 2nd St, Sheridan, IN 46069). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
