He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Spencer Calvert and Mary Magdeline Calvert; his wife Mary Evelyn (Johns); his son Gary Calvert; and his siblings, Dorsey Calvert (Joan), Ronald Calvert (Joyce) and Cleora Kouns (Danny).
He is survived by: his children, David Calvert and Susan Rawlings (Randy); his grandchildren, Raina Cox (Jason), Danielle Calvert, Andrew Calvert (Ashley), Dawson Calvert, Jeffrey Rawlings (Brittany) and Jennifer Godar (Joe); and his siblings, Jesslyn Sutton (Sonny), Cleta Stapleton (Johnny), Patty Ogle (Dale), Marilyn Roberts (Richard) and Rita Barker (Chuck). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
