He is survived by: his wife Tina Shinholt (Bockelmann) of Van Buren, IN; his daughter Taylor Green (Josh) of Van Buren, IN; his grandchildren, Joseph Green of Van Buren, IN, Easton Green of Van Buren, IN and Morgan Green of Van Buren, IN; and his siblings, Scott Shinholt (Holli) of Van Buren, IN, David Elzey (Becky) of Bluffton, IN, Gary Elzey (Rhonda) of Murray, IN, Kelly Proctor (Miles) of Van Buren, IN and Louann Townsend (Ben) of Van Buren, IN. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
