He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Garst (Featherstone); his children, Richard A. Garst (Tammy), Sheridan, Patricia A. Rowland (Jack), Donald W. "Donnie" Garst (Shelly), Arcadia, Kevin J. Garst and Karen S. Handshoe (Earl); and his siblings, Gerald Garst (Jan), Alberta G. Whisler, Dennis G. Garst and Margaret I. White (Glenn) of Kokomo.
Memorial contributions in Keith's honor may be made to the East Union Christian Church.
