He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Dye (Evoy) of Sheridan, Indiana.; his daughter Dawn Underwood (John) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Erika Hogan (Brendan) of Fountain Square, Hunter Underwood (Kiana) of Plymouth, Olivia Bell of Indianapolis and Isabelle McClure (JE) of Illinois; his great grandchild Rynn Hogan; his sister Lynda Brown of Sandyville; his mother-in-law Jackie Evoy of Sheridan; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Evoy (Kathy) of Sheridan, Kerry Evoy (Susan) of Sheridan and Kent Evoy of Carmel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
