She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Dale and Esther M. Campbell (Dennis); her children, Alex and Sue Ann; her siblings, Sonny, Earl and Teddy; her brother-in-law Paul Howard; and her pet Kruzer.
She is survived by: her children, Wilbur A. Barrus (Cheryl) of Sheridan, Chris J. Daisley (Julie) of Lebanon, Thelma F. Wallen (David) of Sheridan, Nora M. Crist (Ronnie) of Lebanon and Heather S. Archer (Ken) of Acworth; and her sister Grace Howard of Wendover, KY. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Alzheimer's Association , the Sheridan First United Methodist Church , or to MAMA'S Cupboard .
