He was predeceased by: his parents, Crist J. Miller and Katie Miller (Troyer); his daughter Miranda Kennedy; and his sister Ruthie Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Terry Watts; his son Tony Miller of Shipshewana; his grandchildren, Kyle Miller, Trey Kennedy, Kolton Miller, Lane Kennedy and Karli Miller; his great grandchild Ivy Miller; and his brothers, Cristy Jr. Miller (Ida) of Shipshewana and Dale Miller of Shipshewana.

Memorials may be given to Heart to Heart Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
