She is survived by: her husband Larry Burnworth of Shipshewana; her son Doyle Burnworth (Vicki) of South Whitley; and her siblings, Delores Franks of Warsaw, Janet Brock (Jerry) of Ocala, FL, Michael Johnson (Carol) of Brownsburg, IN and Patrick Johnson (Kathy) of Columbia City. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
