He is survived by: his wife Raelene Bills of Shipshewana; his children, Arthur Francis Bills (DaVonna) of Albion and Angela Ratcliff (Todd) of Goshen; his stepchildren, Michael Moniak (Rachael) of Fairbanks, AK, Ed Moniak (Carrie) of Cromwell, Timothy Wariner (Rina) of Federal Way, WA, Thomas Kinnison of Nevada, Greg Bills Jr., James Bills Jr. of Kendallville, Stephanie Wariner of North Webster, Shaelene Martinez (Katy) of Vernal Utah and Trish Clark (Ed) of Ligonier; and his siblings, Ronald R. Bills of LaGrange, Donald Bills, Jerry L. Bills (Dixie) of White Pigeon, MI, Ricky D. Bills (Connie) of Goshen, Sylvia Bills (Charles Warford) of Shipshewana and Connie Cummins (Harold) of Rome City. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
