He is survived by: his friends, Ron, Nancy and Sam; his wife Nancy Ingham; his siblings, Kenneth Ingham and Carol McIntosh; his son Chris Ingham (Lynn Darbie); his grandchildren, Sydney, Elizabeth Ingham, Jackson and Zachary Kuretz; his daughter-in-law Cheryl (Robynne Ingham); his son Brett (Patty Ingham); his grandchildren, Patrick, Christian (Jenette), Julie, Yusef, Jesus and Unique Ingham; his daughter Delina (Tom Bickford); and his granddaughters, Autumn-Lea (Kody Carlson) and Amelia Bickford.
