It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Bernacky (Shirley, Indiana), who passed away on November 26, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Don (Laura) and Bill Bernacky; his granddaughter Madeline; his sister Alice Kalwinski (late Stanley); his nephew Greg Kalwinski; and his niece Julie Hogan.
