We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2022, at the age of 73, Janie Gunter of Shirley, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Ridge and Ethel Ridge (White); her significant other Bobby Gunter; her grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Marker; and her brother Rodney Ridge.

She is survived by : her daughter Christina Rose; her grandson Nathan Rose; and her siblings, Della Cross, Wilbur Ridge, Blountsville and Michael Ridge (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Foundation.
