He is survived by: his mother Pat Padgett-Lemmon (Owens); his stepfather Bob Lemmon; his sisters, Twyla Kammerer and Melodie Lewis (David); his uncle Mike Owens (Angie); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Ranney, Raylee Carpenter (Ethan), Jake Stewart, Mike Floyd (Kayla) and Brandon Kammerer (Katy Stephenson).
