We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2026, at the age of 93, Miriam R. Heath of Shirley, Indiana, born in Alexandria, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Miriam R. Heath to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Miriam may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Mottweiler and Roberta Mottweiler (Stahl); her husband Arthur L. Heath; and her siblings, Vicki Sayre and Morris Mottweiler.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Wallace of Shirley, Jeanine Goodnight (Mark) of Atlanta and Daniel Heath of Wilkinson; and her brother Bruce Mottweiler of Niles, Michigan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Book Hotel Condo Chapel (130 S Main St, Wilkinson, IN 46186). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Book Hotel Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Condo Chapel (130 S Main St, Wilkinson, IN 46186).
