He is survived by : his wife Connie Garrett (Welker); his siblings, David Garrett, Joe Garrett and Brenda Brown; his children, Jaylynne Kemerly (Brian), Troy Garrett (Lynda) and Patrick Garrett (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Casey Kemerly (Laura), Brandy Rifner (Mike Shetler), Lacey Palermo (Lou), Kyle McCord, Tyler Garrett (Heather) and Landon Garrett. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
