We bid farewell to Keith Leon Emmons of Shoals, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 10, 2025 at the age of 82. Keith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clois and Ranza Emmons; his stepdaughter Melissa Marks; his wife Patricia Harper Emmons; and his former wife Sharon Tuell Pate.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip, Teddy Emmons (Clydia) and Phyllis Wininger (Roger); his children, Robert Emmons and Jill Tow; his grandchildren, Clayton and Keylee Tow; and his stepchildren, James Pate (Melissa), Robert Pate (Theresa), Arketta Butler (Bill) and Dianna Payne (Clifford). He is also survived by 17 step-grandchildren and 19 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home (226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Emmons Ridge Cemetery.
