He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Earl and Cleo Mae Holt (Crane); and his brothers, Roger and Ricky Holt. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary; his daughters, Debbie Nolan (Joe) and Cynthia Holt; his grandchildren, Alyss Puhr (Russ), Emily Nolan and Austin Janus; his siblings, Juanita Moffitt, David Holt, Janice Holt and Randal Keith Holt; and his brother-in-law Howard Hotz. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dover Hill Christian Union Church's paving and/or the roofing fund.
