She is survived by : her former life partner Duane Chastain; her husband Jack Fisher of Shoals; her children, Russell Chastain of Paoli, Jason Chastain of Paoli, Benjamin Chastain of Indiana, Ryan Chastain of Hillham Indiana, Tracy Patton of Paoli, Bobby Patton of Spencer, Jon Fisher of Evansville, Rebekah Fisher of Evansville and Rachael Houghton of Evansville; her siblings, Timothy Tomlinson (Marilyn) of French Lick, Veronica Archer (Cheyenne) of French Lick, Indian, Karen Crowe (Earl) of Jasper and Gloria "Birdie" Nolan (Mike Morgan) of French Lick; her sister-in-law Mary Tomlinson of French Lick; and also Jack Fisher. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
