He is survived by: his wife Courtney; his children, Caleb Fulkerson (Holly), Tyler Fulkerson (Sophia), Devin Fulkerson, Brylee Fulkerson, Haiddyn Tharp, Thomas Kintzele and Julianna Kintzele; his sister Kari Petry (Matt); his sibling's children, Davey, Christian Petry and Emilee Petry; and his former wife Amber Fulkerson.
