She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cencelewski and Constance Cencelewski (Karpinski); her husband Benedict M. Banicki; her sons, Benedict J. Banicki and Dennis P. Banicki; and her brothers, Joseph, Richard and Fred Cencelewski.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Rebecca Watson and Deborah Kazden (Mike Delaney); and her great grandchildren, Sean Davitt, Derek Moran, Nick Kazden and Amanda Kazden.
