She is survived by: her son Joseph G. Cukrowicz of South Bend; her grandchildren, Crystal Cukrowicz of South Bend, Monica Shultz (Jaycyn) of Bristol, Tosha Putnam (J. D.) of Tennessee and Ashley Middleton (Bruce) of Mishawaka; her great grandchildren, Brianna of Neveah, C. J., Brittany, Christopher, Hunter, Blake, Cameron, Tanner, Kylee of Brooklyn, A. J., Jeremiah (Haili) and J. J.; and her great great grandchildren, Kayden, Korbin, Pheonix, Hayden and Harper.
