She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Emerson (Bud) and Elizabeth Emerson (Sherlock); her sister Linda DeLaruelle; and her brother-in-law Ed Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her sons, David Whitesel of South Bend, IN and Dean Whitesel (Michelle) of Brighton, Michigan; her grandchildren, Allison Whitesel (Nathan Padd) of South Bend IN , Marissa Whitesel of Brighton, MI, Madison Whitesel of Brighton, MI, Jack Whitesel of Brighton, MI, Chelsea Crowley (Derek) of Sun City, FL and Chad Douglas (Gabriella Miceli) of Riverview, FL; her great grandchildren, Aurora Whitesel, Cassandra Padd and Liam Crowley; and her siblings, JoAnn Jordan of Mishawaka, IN and Robert (Nona) of Osceola, IN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
