She is survived by: her family Tom; her significant other Thomas Barzyk; her parents, Pat Temple and Roxann Temple; her sister Andrea Kuntz; and her nieces and nephews, Ethan Kuntz (Rachel), Benjamin King, Lillian Kuntz, Samantha Kuntz and Laney King. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
