She is survived by: her former husband Charles Winfield McCollester; her children, Dr. Margarethe Chobanian (Michael MD), Fran Striz, Carole McCollester, Andrea McCollester (Ludy) and Peter McCollester (Deborah Nyikos McCollester); and her husband Edward Lynn Akins.
