We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2025, at the age of 95, Arleine Juanita Demien of South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Arleine may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Jacob and Mary Herron (Lesinski); and her husband Clarence J. Demien. She is survived by: her children, Christine M. McCollum (Peter), Patricia D. Bittles (Michael), Daniel John Demien (Deborah) and Andrew R. Demien; and her grandchildren, Heather Christine Vernasco, Dawn Calhoon, Alexander Bittles, Dawson and Keegan Demien.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (309 S Taylor St, South Bend, IN 46601).
