He is survived by: his children, Bianca Rogers of Riverdale, Georgia, Beniqua Conner of South Bend and Malachi Lewis of Nashville, Tennessee; his great grandchild Xzavian Smith; and his siblings, Donna Lewis of South Bend, Indiana, Vicki Phillips (Thomas) of South Bend, Indiana, Charles Lewis of Mishawaka and Bruce Lewis of Tacoma, Washington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
