She was predeceased by: her father Russell Cornwell. She is survived by: her husband John H. Melser; her son Ronnie L. Melser (Kathleen) of Mishawaka; her grandchildren, Lori Ruthruff (Travis), John Skelton (Anne), Ronnie Melser Jr. (Kristi), Dawn Geiger (Mike), Tony Melser (Katy) and Jamie Melser (Leticia); her great grandchildren, Stephanie Ruthruff, Shad Ruthruff (Cassie), Tyler Melser (Carly), Andrew Geiger, Taylor Geiger, Kimberly Dirst and Kayla Knapp; her daughters, Leanna Melser, Alana Dirst and Matilda Knapp; and her sister Judith Ann Haywood.
