He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert J. Klysz and Helen Klysz (Palicki); and his brother-in-law Frank Lebiedzinski. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Klysz-Lebiedzinski, Terry Klysz (Beatrice) and Tina Klysz-Trenerry; and his siblings' children, Deborah Lebiedzinski, Lori Belardinella (Doug), Michael Lebiedzinski (Sheri), Karen Lebiedzinsk, Timothy Trenerry (Heidi), Stephanie Bedient and Jessica Williams (Andrew).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Bert J Klysz may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601, or the General Scholarships fund for the IU Jacobs School of Music.
