She is survived by: her children, Richard Wade (Donna) and Brenda Martens (Rob); her grandchildren, Jeffery Johnson (Reda), Angela Richards (Randy) and Kristina Smith (Alex); her great grandchildren, Savanna, Jr., Jonathan, Nathan, Noah, Miranda, Donovan, Ian and Haidon; and her great great grandchild Adryan.
