She is survived by: her children, Michael Chrzan (Suzy), Laura Hertel, James Chrzan and Lynn Urban (Barry); her grandchildren, Adam Chrzan, Joseph Hertel (Jasmyne), Jessica Benninghoff (Rich), Kristina Urban and Anna Urban; and her great grandchildren, Destiny Chrzan, Blake Chrzan, Jaxon Hertel and Terra Benninghoff.

Donations may be made in honor of Betty Chrzan to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
