She is survived by: her sons, Michael Makin (Destiny) of Dayton, OH and Robert Makin, Jr. of South Bend; her grandchildren, Charity, Melody, Robert III, Benjamin and Remi; her great grandchildren, Mariah, Jordyn and Olivia; and her siblings, Kathleen Guthrie of Akron, OH and David Baer (Janis) of Crucible, PA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cruz Family Funeral Home (1109 Lincolnway W, Osceola, IN 46561).
